Polysomnography Technician – Full-Time, Night

We are seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to perform sleep testing procedures and initiate sleep therapies, including PSGs, MSLTs, and MWTs. The role involves independent operation of sleep studies per physician orders and departmental policies, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring artifact-free recordings, and communicating with patients and staff. Responsibilities include obtaining patient information and consent, adhering to infection control and attendance standards, and serving as a preceptor for students. This non-management position reports to a supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory or sleep program, with CRT, RRT, or RPSGT credentials.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Must hold or obtain appropriate licensure and credentials per state regulations.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Competence in treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and mathematical skills.

Additional: Night shift availability; located at the Sleep Disorder Center.
