This role offers the opportunity to work independently alongside a team of physicians and mid-level providers, delivering direct care to patients from adolescents to geriatrics and assisting with administrative tasks.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited APRN/Physician Assistant program, current CT license, and board eligibility or certification.
Flexible full or part-time schedule with an expected 40 hours per week.
