Podiatrist- Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care

We are seeking a licensed Podiatrist to provide on-site foot and ankle care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Deliver routine and advanced podiatric services, including diagnosis, treatment, nail care, wound management, and minor procedures.

Manage diabetic foot care and ulcer prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation.

Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications: DPM degree, active license, experience in long-term care preferred, strong clinical and organizational skills, ability to work independently and travel.
