We are seeking a BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join a growing, physician-owned group. This full-time or part-time role offers a base salary starting at $300,000 plus bonuses and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
The physician will provide medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent settings, collaborating with hospital staff and specialists. Responsibilities include documentation, quality assurance, utilization management, peer reviews, and supporting strategic and operational goals. The role requires reliable transportation, flexibility to visit multiple facilities, and participation in evening, weekend, or holiday call duties.
Qualifications include medical licensure, board eligibility or certification, and experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings preferred. The position involves independent judgment, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
