Seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician for full-time or part-time roles with benefits in a growing physician-owned group.
Provide medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Support practice financial and operational goals, collaborate with staff and administration, and foster positive relationships.
Attend medical staff meetings, participate in peer evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work independently in various facilities, with evening, weekend, or holiday call duties as required.
Qualifications include medical degree, licensure in the state, and board eligibility/certification; experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings preferred.
