Role: Provide high-quality emergency and clinical care in a plasma collection center as a Paramedic/EMT-P, ensuring safe, patient-focused donor support.
Key Duties:
- Conduct donor assessments and initial evaluations.
- Start, monitor, and manage IV lines as needed.
- Recognize, treat, and manage adverse donor reactions and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all clinical events.
- Collaborate with medical and operations teams to support safety and regulatory compliance.
- Uphold FDA, cGMP, and internal standards to ensure donor well-being and a positive donor experience.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Current Paramedic or EMT-P licensure/certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
- Competence with IV initiation and monitoring.
- Ability to manage acute reactions effectively and document accurately.
- Knowledge of compliance expectations (e.g., FDA/cGMP) and commitment to safety.
- Professional communication and teamwork with cross-functional staff.
