Immediate BC/BE Family Medicine & Internal Medicine opportunity in Southern Colorado (Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City).
Join a rapidly growing physician practice with about 100 employees, providing comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living facilities. The role involves overseeing patient care, ensuring documentation compliance, participating in quality and utilization programs, and supporting practice operations. Work settings vary, with no night call required, and travel between facilities may be necessary.
Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality care standards, administrative documentation, peer reviews, CME compliance, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and aligning with organizational values. Requires independent judgment, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
Qualifications include medical degree, state licensure, board eligibility/certification, and experience in post-acute or hospitalist settings preferred. Software proficiency with EMR/EHR and communication tools is necessary. Compensation ranges from $300,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance, and flexible scheduling. Full-time, on-the-road work with an 8-hour shift. No night call included.
