Immediate BC/BE Family Medicine & Internal Medicine opportunity in Southern Colorado including Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.
This growing physician practice, founded in 2015, employs around 100 staff and offers comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The role involves providing medical oversight, documentation, participating in quality and utilization programs, and supporting strategic and operational goals across various care settings.
Essential duties include delivering high-quality care, maintaining compliance, participating in staff functions, and fostering collaboration with healthcare teams. No night call is required. The position offers a salary range of $250,000–$300,000 plus Medical Directorship, with full benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications include medical degree, licensure, board eligibility/certification, experience in post-acute or hospitalist settings preferred, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must have reliable transportation, be willing to work some weekends, and stay current with medical education and software tools.
