Immediate BC/BE Family Medicine & Internal Medicine opportunity in Southern Colorado (Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City).
Join a rapidly growing physician practice founded in 2015, with approximately 100 employees, providing comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living. The role involves overseeing patient care in various settings, ensuring quality documentation, participating in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews, while supporting operational and strategic goals.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, participating in staff meetings, and supporting practice efficiency. The position requires reliable transportation, flexibility for some weekend and holiday coverage, and no night call. Salary ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and more.
Qualifications include medical licensure, board eligibility/certification, experience in post-acute or hospitalist settings preferred, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in EMR/EHR software is necessary; experience with Point Click Care, eClinicalWorks, and Google tools is a plus.
