Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, performing interventional procedures such as injections and nerve blocks, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and families. The role requires a Board Certified MD or DO committed to patient-centered care, with strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
