We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD or DO) specializing in Interventional Pain Management to join our established clinic in Show Low, AZ.
Require 3-5 years of pain management experience and board certification.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing treatment plans, performing procedures like injections and nerve blocks, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
