Physician MD/DO (IM/FM) – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a full-time Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a multi-specialty medical center serving a diverse community.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans across various specialties, including family practice and pediatrics.

Utilize telehealth to improve patient access and convenience.

Monitor vital signs, coordinate care with healthcare teams, and educate patients on health management and prevention.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations and stay current with medical advancements.

Qualifications include a medical degree, valid California license (preferred), and experience in a multi-specialty setting. Proficiency in telehealth, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care are essential.
