Physician MD/DO Full time Established Private Practice

We seek a family medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary clinician in an established practice in Jasper, TX. The role involves in-person patient care and telemedicine, serving a diverse population.

Lead onsite with a team of 2 MDs and 5+ FNPs, conducting clinical assessments and utilizing decision-making tools.

Engage in shared decision-making via in-office and telehealth platforms, creating patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.

Must be detail-oriented, compassionate, with strong communication skills, adaptable to a hybrid, fast-changing environment, and comfortable with new technology.

Qualifications: MD/DO, certification in Family or Internal Medicine, clinical experience, with preferred outpatient and chronic condition management background.
