The Physician provides outpatient medical services to patients of all ages in a rural setting, serving as Director of Medical Services to oversee the clinic and medical team.
Deliver responsible, respectful patient care, including history taking, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention services.
Coordinate care for chronic patients, perform telephone consultations, and ensure timely documentation and review of medical reports.
Refer patients to specialists, collaborate with external agencies, and develop clinic protocols for quality improvement.
Supervise medical staff, oversee electronic health records, and maintain compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
Develop specialty clinics, provide staff training, and participate in meetings and community education.
Maintain current medical knowledge, ensure excellent customer service, and adhere to privacy laws.
Qualifications include a Washington-licensed MD or DO with experience in primary care and Board certification preferred.
