We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or APRNs with at least 1 year of primary or urgent care experience, valid licensure, and current BLS certification.
This role offers full-time and part-time positions at clinics in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, Okmulgee, and soon Sapulpa, with at least every other Saturday availability required.
Providers will lead patient assessments, determine diagnoses, order tests, prescribe treatments, and perform routine procedures, all while maintaining detailed documentation.

EMR used is Experity.
Work is in person; remote work is not available.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and more.
