PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT or NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a flexible, in-person role in Muscatine, IA.

Provide comprehensive, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on chronic, acute, and regulatory needs.

Work autonomously at a single location, making impactful decisions in a collaborative environment.

Utilize technology such as Point Click Care or Matrix EMR to deliver high-quality care.

Must have Master’s Degree, valid license, and clinical proficiency in evidence-based medicine.
