Physician

Seeking a full-time Physician to join a community-focused, mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting elderly and disabled individuals in maintaining independence.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor comprehensive care plans, providing geriatric and medical expertise.

Supervise nurse practitioners and clinical staff, delivering preventive, episodic, and chronic care, including physical and mental health assessments.

Manage acute and chronic conditions, interpret diagnostics, and adjust treatments accordingly.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and illness management.

Travel locally using personal vehicle; after-hours on-call rotation is manageable remotely.

Requirements include a Doctorate in Medicine, MI license, DEA registration, Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, with preferred geriatrics certification. At least 1 year of primary care experience with at-risk populations is required. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM.
