Physician – Live Well Homecare

This is a professional, independent medical position involving direct patient care, with clinical oversight from the Site Medical Director and/or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.

Requires graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification, with a valid medical license in New Mexico.

Must hold or obtain necessary licenses and registrations, including DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid numbers.

Certification in BLS/CPR or ACLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS certification required if assigned to a center with related medications/equipment.

Preferred board certification in Family Medicine.

Successful completion of health screenings and immunizations, including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and influenza.

Additional screening may include criminal background checks if assigned to specific locations.
