Physician

Seeking a dedicated Physician to join a mission-driven organization focused on supporting elderly and adults with disabilities in maintaining independence.

  • Full-time role based at Mt. Pleasant or Houghton Lake sites.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor personalized care plans.
  • Provide preventive, episodic, and chronic care, including physical and mental health assessments.
  • Supervise nurse practitioners and clinical staff at designated sites.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions, adjust medications, and perform diagnostic evaluations.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and illness management.
  • Travel locally as needed using personal vehicle.

  • Requirements: Doctorate in Medicine, MI license, DEA, NPI, CPR/AED, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, with at least 1 year of primary care experience with at-risk or elderly populations.

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with remote after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
