Physician – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a Licensed Physician to provide medical evaluations and treatment in a Physical Therapy/Rehab setting for adult and adolescent patients.

Provide high-quality primary care, including physical examinations, treatment plans, and medication management.

Collaborate with a team of clinicians to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Work across multiple locations in MD and WV, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or nights.

Handle diverse cases primarily in Orthopedics, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation.

Benefits include a salary of $205,000–$230,000, mileage reimbursement, health and retirement plans, paid time off, and company-paid malpractice insurance.

Requirements include an active medical license, comfort working in a busy outpatient environment, and 2+ years of outpatient and orthopedics experience preferred.
