Role & Responsibilities:
Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, implement treatment programs for patients across all ages, adhering to established physical therapy practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (required)
- Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA (preferred)
- Current licensure as a PTA with active, good standing license (required)
- Current BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
Key Duties:
- Assist in delivering patient-specific therapy treatments
- Follow prescribed protocols and document progress
- Collaborate with licensed therapists to ensure quality care
