Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist provides safe, effective evaluations, treatments, and patient education to meet individual goals. They communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork and ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with various conditions across diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, and women’s health.
Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced equipment in outpatient and acute settings.
Maintain thorough documentation and professional communication.
Travel to multiple care points as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license and healthcare provider BLS.
Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and counseling techniques.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, team collaboration, and time management abilities.
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting, climbing, crawling, reaching, manual dexterity, and standing for extended periods, with physical activity distributed across different intensities.
