Physical Therapist (PT) - Center Based

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for designing and implementing physical therapy treatment plans to restore and maintain patient well-being, following medical referrals and evaluations.

Key duties include providing high-quality therapy services, adhering to policies, generating written evaluations with goals and progress, collaborating with healthcare teams and families, supervising staff, and completing assessments like OASIS.

Qualifications require a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, current state license, and CPR certification.

Preferred experience includes at least one year in acute care or rehab, with pediatric experience being advantageous.

Skills include attention to detail, time management, effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs, traveling, and performing various physical activities, alongside visual and auditory acuity.

Work environment may include exposure to allergens, blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed, with flexibility for changes.
