Role: Physical Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver effective physical therapy to facilitate patient recovery and improve physical abilities.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ongoing wellness.
- Contribute to a patient-centered approach that emphasizes individualized, sustainable recovery solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials.
- Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
- For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree evaluation confirming U.S. equivalency.
