Role Overview:
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
- Preferred CPR certification.
- 0-1 years of experience.
