Role: Physical Therapist (PRN) responsible for providing professional and technical physical therapy services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions based on the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
- Conduct ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning.
- Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with team members and patients.
- Demonstrate accountability, seek continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Take initiative for professional growth and actively engage with the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Physical Therapy program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license.
- At least 1 year of licensed Physical Therapy experience.
