Role Overview: The physical therapist assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients with disease or injury. Services are delivered across the full continuum, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and patient satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and revises individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
- Implements therapy activities, providing ongoing education and discharge instructions, and referring to community resources when needed.
- Evaluates patient progress, establishes realistic goals, and formulates discharge plans.
- Documents evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient education according to departmental guidelines.
- Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Communicates effectively with team members and participates in meetings and training.
- Provides excellent customer service, fostering a positive environment and applying service recovery principles.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licenses and certifications: PT license and BLS certification required at hire.
