Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

This position within the Rehab Administration Department involves working independently with accountability, providing care to a complex patient population. The role emphasizes professional growth and departmental development, requiring the ability to deliver age-appropriate care to diverse patients.

Other requirements include:

An Arkansas State board license.

A BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.

Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.

Compliance with Level I career ladder requirements.

CPR certification, which can be obtained upon hire.

Working hours are 8-5 with variable shifts, authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.
