Position Summary:
This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatments in a patient-centered, outpatient setting, working directly in a 1:1 patient environment. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, considering discharge needs and functional outcomes, while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Delegating tasks to assistants, documenting care, and conducting assessments are key responsibilities. The position offers mentorship from an experienced rehab team and a supportive environment to advance your career.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Physical Therapist License
- No prior experience required, though supervisory experience is not necessary
Key Duties:
- Establish and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs and discharge goals
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Delegate tasks appropriately to assistants and students
- Complete accurate documentation and perform assessments/reassessments
