Join us as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, providing direct, 1:1 patient care and contributing to improved functional outcomes.
In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with various impairments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will delegate tasks to assistants and techs, ensure proper documentation, and conduct assessments and reassessments of therapy services.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist License
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in PT. No prior experience is required, but supervision experience is beneficial.
Skills and responsibilities:
- Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment
- Provide education and make referrals as needed
- Delegate interventions appropriately and document all activities accurately
- Conduct evaluations, consultations, and re-evaluations to support patient progress
