Role Overview
This full-time Physical Therapist provides skilled outpatient services with a focus on orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, educating patients and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and documenting care in accordance with departmental policies.
- Establishes and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referral recommendations as needed.
- Delegates interventions to assistants, techs, and students based on skill level.
- Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Valid Physical Therapist license required.
- No prior experience or supervisory experience necessary.
