Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
Under general supervision, the role involves direct supervision of patients, indirect oversight of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Key responsibilities include delivering care consistent with departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current State license and licensure in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate).
• Current BLS certification; all certifications must be current before providing independent patient care.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform duties involving prolonged standing, walking, gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.

Key Duties: Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, supervise rehabilitation staff, and adhere to departmental policies and standards in a patient-centered, compassionate manner.
