Position Overview

Under the supervision of Therapy Leadership, the Physical Therapist provides objective assessments and develops comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and create treatment plans aligned with departmental policies.
• Supervise and guide patients, technicians, and assistants to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to organizational mission, values, and standards of service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current State license and licensure in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification; other certifications as required.
• Preferred experience with adult and geriatric patient care, with 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
