We are seeking a Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, primarily focusing on Ortho, Pain & Spine care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to patients and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement treatment plans aligned with departmental policies and standards.
- Maintain documentation and ensure quality care consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required education: Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Preferred experience: 6 months to 1 year, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient care.
- Current or temporary state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification; current certifications required before independent patient care.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements such as reaching, bending, and squatting.
