Working a day shift from 8-5, this role requires at least one year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies, along with the ability to deliver age-appropriate care.
Requirements include an Arkansas State license, CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire), and specific credentials based on discipline:
- OT: OTR or registry-eligible with a degree from an AOTA-accredited program
- PT: AR licensure by the State Board of Physical Therapy
- SP: Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
- TR: B.A. in Recreation or related field
This position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.
