The Staff Therapist II demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, contributing to professional and departmental growth.
Requires one year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies. Provides age-appropriate care based on patient needs. Must hold an Arkansas State license and CPR certification (can be obtained post-hire). Occupational Therapist: OTR or registry eligible with a BS or MS from an AOTA-accredited program.
Physical Therapist: AR licensure through the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
Speech-Language Pathologist: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Recreation Therapist: B.A. in Recreation or related field. The position is scheduled for 80 hours bi-weekly, day shift from 8-5.
