Summary:
The Staff Therapist II demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, contributing to professional and departmental growth. Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience or complete all facility competencies required for the role. The position requires the ability to deliver age-appropriate care and hold current licensure in their respective fields.
Other requirements include:
- Arkansas State license
- CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire)
- Relevant professional credentials: OTR or registry-eligible OT, AR licensure for PT, Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent in Recreation or related field
- Work hours are 8-5, with a bi-weekly schedule of 80 hours
