Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time

Join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through compassionate home health care as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct physical therapy services based on the plan of care established by a physical therapist and physician.
  • Assessing patient conditions, delivering skilled treatments, and ensuring patient safety.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on the use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices.
  • Communicating regularly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize care.
  • Documenting patient progress, observations, and treatment details accurately and timely.
  • Assisting in discharge planning and providing appropriate instructions for ongoing care.
  • Adhering to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with professional guidelines.

Qualifications include:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a PTA.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Preferred skills: Experience in home health therapy and OASIS documentation.
