Role: Physical Therapist Assistant
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Implement treatment plans and guide therapeutic exercises
Document patient progress in the EMR system
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions
Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on professional growth and community impact
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow treatment protocols
Commitment to patient education and quality care
