- Prepares detailed documentation and participates in discharge planning, recommending adaptive equipment and training.
- Supports evidence-based practice through participation in professional activities and continuous learning.

Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Licensed Physical Therapist and BLS certification (must obtain within 90 days)
