Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory, especially for certifications obtained after 2015.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, to be obtained within ninety days of hire.
Skills & Responsibilities:
