Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care in a home environment, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of physical therapy activities based on physician orders. The role requires instructing patients and families on therapy procedures, assisting with physical activities, and fitting and adjusting prosthetic and orthotic devices in collaboration with other practitioners. The candidate will re-evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize benefits.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physical Therapist License
- No prior experience required
