Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify interventions based on ongoing evaluations.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, demonstrating cultural competence.
- Engage in continuous professional development, share knowledge, and participate in evidence-based practices.
- Assist with patient discharge planning and recommend adaptive equipment to maximize physical function.
- Mentor and train staff and students, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Maintain documentation, adhere to policies, and promote safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify and address stress, build collaborative relationships, and support department cohesion.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), and licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Required certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist and Basic Life Support (BLS), with BLS obtained within 90 days of hire.
