Physical Therapist – Live Well Homecare

Join a dynamic outpatient physical therapy team as a licensed Physical Therapist.

In this role, you will

evaluate and treat patients by assessing their movement and health history

utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to support patient recovery

monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
