Role Overview: This position involves evaluating and treating patients using a variety of therapeutic interventions to rehabilitate physical and developmental disorders. The physical therapist oversees comprehensive rehabilitation programs that promote patient independence, considering growth, development, and psychosocial factors across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret clinical data, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure discharge goals, advocate for patients, and adapt care in settings such as inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community, and home health. Demonstrates knowledge of physical therapy principles and regulations, with basic computer skills required.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred), less than one year of experience in physical therapy, understanding of clinical data interpretation, and foundational regulatory knowledge.
