Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, documenting in EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role may involve telehealth and virtual care to enhance flexibility and patient access.
Ideal candidates possess a valid PT license, basic computer skills, CPR certification, and the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving between locations.
