Join our team as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY.
Become part of an experienced team of four providers, overseeing a full continuum of rehabilitation therapies and programs. Lead the CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit and Outpatient Clinic. Work with admission screeners to identify and admit patients via referral or consultative model. Evaluate and manage approximately 10 inpatients, developing individualized, patient-centered care plans. Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards. Outpatient opportunities available in the PM&R clinic. Enjoy a schedule of full-time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours and on-call as needed. Qualifications include MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R. Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid time off, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and loan repayment options. Work in person with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Must be BC/BE and willing to relocate to Buffalo, NY with employer support.
