Seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) for outpatient, functional rehab-focused care in Riverside, CA.
- Compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 annually + monthly census-based bonus, providing a predictable base with upside tied to clinic demand.
- Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients with functional limitations and chronic pain, develop rehab plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document findings per Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
- Ideal Candidate: Board-Certified/Eligible in PM&R, active CA license, outpatient experience preferred, strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and interest in non-procedural, team-based rehab care.
