Role Overview:
As a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, you will be a vital part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities include welcoming patients with compassion, processing prescriptions accurately, assisting with inventory management, and supporting efficient pharmacy operations. You will ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, including HIPAA, and help maintain a clean, organized work environment. Additionally, you will complete required training and exams, assist with customer inquiries, and support team efforts to improve service outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 6 months of experience
- Eligible to obtain pharmacy technician registration with the state board
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- At least 18 years of age
