Role: Pharmacist responsible for pharmacy support and operations in a non-compounding, closed-door environment.
Responsibilities: Obtain and clarify prescription information, dispense medications accurately, prepare and label medications, ensure timely and safe delivery, maintain records, and respond to healthcare provider and end-user inquiries. Cross-train in inventory management, order processing, and pharmacy workflows. Provide backup support for other pharmacies.
Qualifications: Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution, active pharmacist license in the resident state, and ability to obtain additional licenses as needed. New graduates encouraged to apply.
Skills & Knowledge: Effective communication, accuracy under volume, leadership, interpersonal skills, resolving customer issues, knowledge of pharmaceuticals, organizational skills, analytical ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with no weekends required.
